Shipping Policy

• GROUND SHIPPING (Domestic): Orders received by 12pm (Indochina time)  are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm Indochina time are shipped the following business day.
• EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm Indochina Time. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
• GOLF MATES UK ORDERS: Due to the large volume of orders, and the high cost of shipping from our warehouse in Thailand to the UK, we ship Golf Mates orders in bulk to the UK every Friday. We also need 3 days to embroider the Golf Mates logos, so to make this shipment, the deadline for ordering is Monday at midnight GMT.
• GOLF MATES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: These will be shipped out immediately after embroidery, roughly 4 days after placing your order.

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped.

For International (non-UK) orders, you’ll also receive an email with the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

For UK orders, unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking information, however, if you contact us requesting an update, we will let you know.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

If an item changes price within 14 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/color is still in stock at the time of the sale price.
