Fenix XCell would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your products (faults with fabric), please send an email to [email protected] and you will be advised of the correct procedure.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 30-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

Returned items must be unused with original tags and cannot be washed, worn, or altered. The product must also be non-personalized without any added logos. Once the product has been checked your refund or exchange will be processed.

If you would like to exchange your order for the same product(s) in a different size or colour, please specify in your email to [email protected] and we will ship those items out within 2 business days of the receipt of the returned item(s).

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs plus any customs import fees to return the original product(s) to the addresses listed above. Fenix XCell will cover any costs to send the replacement product.


We will only issue refunds if your order is out of stock, damaged/defective or if you are sent the wrong product(s). If you are dissatisfied with your order, you will be issued store credit in the amount purchased, inclusive of any discount coupons used. Refunds will be issued less shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs plus any customs import fees to return the original product(s) to the addresses listed above. 


In the event of your product(s) being defected or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately. You will not be charged shipping for any replacement items or for returning the defective item.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
